"Top Design" has come to Bravo. You thought "Project Runway" was gay? The not-so-naked lust Ilan had for Sam the diabetic-hottie chef on "Top Chef" was gay? "Top Design" makes them all look like "Bassmaster".

I may be hooked.

I think from now on I call the network BravMo

Yeah...that's what i thought too...

Were you hooked? I was a little bored. Of course I watched it *right* after the finale of TC, whilst I was still fuming :-) Funny thing is, some of the contestants on TD looked strangely familiar. The woman from the team that came second. Both women that were eliminated. The bully guy. I used to watch Changing Rooms and Clean House, so maybe I saw them there, I don't know...

I kind of liked the bully guy. Well, I didn't think of him so much as a bully as righteous indignant: the little "boy" with the 2 polo shirts with the popped collars (helloooo! The 80's called, they want their look back) deserves to be bullied. Or be pinned down and have his head shaved- by Betty and Elia. Cliff he'd enjoy too much...

Sob! I've decided DH can wear sweatshirts and flip-flops and he'll still be getting it. But if he continues to refuse to let us get dish so that I can watch gay men on Bravo, then he may be facing some long, chilly nights. Or w/ this motivation he can join me in pestering our TW to add on Bravo. Off to make yet another call to TW....

I feel you!

Time Warner is EVIL!

Bravo's president is Lauren Zalaznick. Stalk her 'till she stalks them!

I only liked one contestant straightaway...Goil is his name, I think. Which, judging from experience, means that he will be either a) eliminated too early and unjustly like Kayne or Austin, b) turn out to be low-life like Laura or the person from TC whom I liked at first...I will not reveal who it was, it is too shameful to admit.

I'll admit I liked Ted Ilan for a long time and Elia as well- right up until the point where she bacame an evil whining hairless shrew.

Don't tell me it was Betty!?!!

*whispers* No, it was Ilan too...(I hated Betty from the get go.)

And I did not say this, and you did read it. :-)

Well, Ilan did a slow 180 over the season from nice guy to evil closet case.

Betty has a restaurant in Hollywood. It's all I can do not to go there and complain about how HORRIBLE the food is.....

This show looks so addictive, it almost might make it worthwhile to pay for cable. Almost. (I'm a right cheap bastard, I am.) I'll have to track down where to watch it on the 'nets.

I wouldn't get cable for it. If I could get a decent signal without paying for it, I would go with broadcast. I hate writing that check...
