I've been on a wheat-free kick for a while; if you want a wheat-free gluten-free cracker that's good for you and really quite delicious, this might be up your alley. Yummy as snacks, great for canapes and good for you? Yay! Downside? I can easily go through a box. Upside? Makes that hunk of Shropshire seem like health food...

I almost hesitate to give you this book's title, in the interest of not having another victim pack on 5 extra pounds. Ah, well. Buyer beware.
Gluten-Free Baking Classics, by Annalise Roberts. Easy, divine recipes. Use a full cup of chopped walnuts and a full teaspoon of vanilla in the chocolate-chip cookie recipe, and don't say I didn't warn you.
