Anthony Bourdain is very mean.
He is also very funny.
He guests blogs about the state of the Food Network and kills. My favorite line is about my personal Bête noire, Sandra Lee:

Oh, I cannot stand those people on the food network. Paula Dean is horrifying. I can hear Edna Lewis rolling over in her grave every time Paula Dean broadcasts another show.
